オニバイド

長﨑先生が「Nanoliposomal irinotecan with fluorouracil and folinic acid in metastatic pancreatic cancer after previous gemcitabine-based therapy (NAPOLI-1): a global, randomised, open-label, phase 3 trial. Lancet. 2016 ;387(10018):545-557.」を抄読しました。NAPOLI-1という試験を詳しくは知らず、オリジナル論文は私もはじめてでした。gemcitabine治療後の膵臓癌に対して、nanoliposomal irinotecan/fluorouracil/folinic acid群は、fluorouracil/folinic acid群にOSで勝っていました [6.1ヶ月  (95% CI 4.8–8.9) vs 4.2ヶ月 (3.3–5.3) でhazard ratio 0.67, 95% CI 0.49–0.92; p=0.012)]。日本でも昨年3月に承認されたオニバイドという商品名ですが、使用経験はなくirinotecanとはどう違うか興味があるところです。
