今回から初期研修医1年目の抄読会です。まず、池本先生がトップバッターで登場しました。N Engl J Med. 2013;368:757-65.の A 54-year-old man with recurrent diarrhea. を読んでくれました。最初とは思えないくらいよく理解できていました。国家試験にはよくでるGastriomaでしたが、珍しいですね。同じ1年目の林先生が、膵内分泌腫瘍の患者さんの担当なのでちょうどtimelyでした。Because these tumors are uncommon, acritical approach to the patient history and other clinical features is essential before laboratory testing for these peptides is undertaken. ラボデーターが出る前に、historyや身体所見を大事にしましょうと言う点が、一番良かったと池本先生が話してくれました。良い臨床医になってくれるでしょう。
