NTRK3

1年目の小田先生が抄読会で「A rare malignancy of the parotid gland in a 13-year-old Taiwanese boy: case report of a mammary analogue secretory carcinoma of the salivary gland with molecular study. Med Mol Morphol.2014;47:57-61.」を抄読してくれました。この乳腺分泌癌はETV6-NTRK3 fusion geneを有し、他には神経肉腫、乳がんやAMLにも報告されています。NTRK3変異はlarge cell neuroendocrine carcinomaにも認められています。13歳で発症するとは強いdriver oncogeneです。
