SCLCのPD-1/PD-L1発現

長﨑先生が、山根先生の6年前の論文「Programmed cell death protein 1 and programmed death-ligand 1 are expressed on the surface of some small-cell lung cancer lines. Am J Cancer Res. 2015;5(4):1553-7」を抄読しました。PD-1とPD-L1の共発現している肺小細胞癌細胞株を世界で初めて報告したものです。現在、これらの細胞株において抗PD-1/PD-L1抗体による細胞増殖シグナルの研究を進めています。
